如何確保唱歌用上丹田?腰腹熱身運動能幫助你。這熱身很簡單,就是谷一谷腹部再放鬆,重覆動作直到你感到腹部有些酸軟。這時就代表示可以準備唱歌了!不過各位小朋友們要切記:千萬不要在唱歌時一直用力谷著腰部,這樣是唱不了歌的。

Every vocal coach would tell you that you need to engage your ab when you sing. If you want to sing better, you must learn to sing with your ab!

How to sing with your ab? Warming up your ab and waist helps. It is very easy: just breathe deeply into your tummy until it's slightly bloated, then relax it. Repeat this exercise until your ab is burning. Then you are good to sing! Bear in mind though that when you actually sing, you don't use too much force in your tummy either because it may put stress on your voice.
