瞼部動作
慢慢地將面頰的肌肉向後拉再放鬆。重覆這個動作約10次。
這個動作的擺動是很微小,所以難以察覺。再來個較具體的說法就是想象有人再你頭的後上方用力扯你的頭髮。
測試方法就是把手放在面頰附近,看看在做這動作時手有沒有動。

Facial Warm-up
Our facial muscles play an active role when we sing. So make sure they are thoroughly warmed up! To get your face warmed up, try pulling your chin muscles backward very gently with both hands, then let them relax.
Repeat this for 10 times. If you have trouble understanding this exercise, imagine having someone pull your hair at your back.
